Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Domicad(a service operated by Moksha Global LLC), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Domicad is

Domicad provides AI-assisted writing, research, study, and career tools for students. The tools are an aid: AI can be wrong or incomplete, so review and verify anything important before you rely on it or submit it.

3. Responsible and honest use

You are responsible for how you use what the tools produce. You agree to follow your school's academic-integrity rules and any applicable laws. Domicad is designed to help you write in your own voice and improve your work, not to misrepresent authorship or deceive. We make no promise that any output will pass, or fail, any specific AI detector, plagiarism checker, or grading system; those systems are outside our control.

4. Your account

Keep your login secure and don't share it. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Plans and billing

Domicad offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan (currently $11.99/month, or $8.99/month billed yearly). Paid plans are handled by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your renewal from your account or by emailing us; access continues through the period you've paid for. Paid plans include generous daily fair-use limits per tool so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. These limits refresh regularly, and we may adjust or enforce them: including slowing down or pausing an account, to prevent misuse, automated or bulk access, or use that degrades the experience for others. A plan is for one person's own work: accounts are personal and may not be shared, pooled across a group, or resold. Prices may change with notice. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us at hello@domicad.appand we'll review it.

6. Referrals and ambassadors

If you join our campus ambassador programme, you get a personal link or code. When someone opens Domicad through it, we store that code in that browser and credit the signup to you if they create an account from the same browser on the same device. The code stays until they clear their browsing data, so a signup days later still counts, but we can only credit what we can see: a different device, a different browser, or cleared storage means no attribution, and we cannot reconstruct it afterwards.

Your commission rate is agreed with you individually by email. The rate that applies to a referral is the one in force on the day that person signed up, and it does not change afterwards even if your rate later does. Commission is owed on completed payments only, so a refunded or reversed payment carries none. Whether renewals earn as well as the first payment depends on the arrangement we agreed with you.

Referring yourself, creating accounts to claim your own commission, spamming, or describing Domicad as something it is not are all grounds for us to withhold payment and switch a code off. We may pause or end a code, or the programme, with notice, and unpaid commission properly earned before that still gets paid. Ambassadors see counts and earnings only: never the identity of anyone who signed up, and never anything they write or make on Domicad.

7. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the text you put in and the results you get out. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your request and provide the service. We own the Domicad platform, software, and branding.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Domicadto break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or abusive content, or attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Service “as is”

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the tools will always be available, error-free, or produce a particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Domicadisn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

11. Termination

You can stop using Domicad anytime. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or harms other users or the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
